Spring Arbor University offers a wide range of athletic facilities which can accommodate groups of varying sizes. Whatever your needs, chances are we can satisfy them. Our following athletic facilities are available to guests:
- McDonald Athletic Center (MAC)
- Dunckel Gymnasium
- Outdoor Track/Athletic Field
- Tennis Courts
We are very proud of our residence halls and the amenities that they can provide. We have a variety of housing options and they can be classified into two main categories: community or suite-style.
- Andrews Hall (community)
- Gainey Hall (community)
- Post & Ogle Villages (suite-style)
Housing is available through the summer only. For groups wishing to host a conference or camp during the school year (September through May), Spring Arbor University has partnered with nearby hotels to provide housing for guests.
Spring Arbor University has an abundance of classrooms and conference rooms to meet the needs and preferences of almost any guest. We are more than happy to help arrange and meet your needs for all of your instructional needs in a cost-effective manner within our wonderful community. Below is a list of rooms on campus that are available to guests.

- Whiteman Gibbs Science Center, Sayre-Decan Hall, Smith Music Center, Physical Education Center and Poling Center
- Conference Rooms
- Available in Poling Center and Hugh & Edna White Library
- Lecture Halls
- Located inside Whiteman Gibbs Science Center
- White Auditorium
- Seats up to 315 people and is next to Sayre-Decan Hall
- Computer Labs
- There are labs available in the White Library, Whiteman Gibbs Science Center, and Kresge Student Life Center
Our dining services are provided by Chartwells, a name that is well-known and established
in university dining. Our large groups dine in our Ogle Dining Commons, a recently-renovated
dining space that allows for a great variety of food options and easy navigation to
ensure that lines stay short. The Ogle Dining Commons can easily accommodate up to
450 guests at a time.
For smaller groups, we offer the Ralph Carey Forum (RCF), Willow Room, and Cougar
Den. The RCF seats up to 120 people, 90 comfortably. The Willow Room has a capacity
of 22 people. The Cougar Den can comfortably seat 80-90 people in a variety of seating
options.
The Poling Center lobby is also available for standing receptions with room for up
to 150 people. As a full-service food service operator, our menus can offer a wide
variety of options. Banqueting services are available to cater to meetings of all
sizes and special accommodations can be made for those with food allergies or specific
needs.
