Cultivating Ethical Accounting
Learn to practice accounting ethically. Our Christ-centered education will prepare you to pursue a career in accounting with the knowledge and wisdom to succeed in your field. You’ll gain an understanding of the principles and applications of accounting, but you’ll learn in a program that goes beyond technical knowledge. Our curriculum is designed to cultivate integrity and ethical accounting with a biblical worldview in mind so that you’re equipped to lead in the accounting field. Our experienced faculty will provide you with the necessary education needed to pass the Certified Management Accounting (CMA), the Certified Internal Auditing (CIA), and the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) examinations.
Key Courses
Students in the accounting major will learn effective skills in communication, leadership, logic and critical thinking, and will demonstrate a strong intellectual capacity while developing competencies in account for a career that is in high demand. Students will build on the foundation of a biblical worldview to understand the importance of integrity, ethics, and content knowledge. Students will be prepared to successfully pass the CPA exam.
