Our Bachelor of Science in Management program is designed to help students gain wisdom in vocation, life, and society by living out the SAU concept through the art and practice of management. The curriculum emphasizes the development of decision making, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills necessary for the effective management of people, projects, and processes within organizational environments. The program objectives are categorized into six specific areas: leadership development, effective communication, decision making, problem solving, critical thinking, and an ethical perspective.
