Schedule a Visit
A visit to our beautiful campus is a must-do on your list! Sign up for a large visit event like Spring Arbor Preview or All-Access, or schedule an individualized VIP visit. We’ll see you on campus soon!
Submit Your Deposit
Once you’ve been admitted, it’s time to submit your Enrollment Deposit! Submitting your deposit reserves your spot in the next incoming class of students and allows you to apply for campus housing and register for classes once registration begins. Don’t worry - the $200 deposit is 100% refundable before May 1.
File Your FAFSA
All students are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). FAFSA data is used to determine eligibility for most aid sources, including federal and state aid as well as university scholarships and grants. Our federal school code is 002318. Select SAU as your first college choice on the FAFSA. The priority deadline for filing a FAFSA is May 1 of each year.
Attend Scholarship Day
At this invite-only event, you will have the opportunity to earn additional scholarships and receive maximum financial aid! You, along with other admitted students, can compete to earn additional scholarships such as departmental awards, music and art scholarships, E.P. Hart Honors program scholarships, and more! You apply by December 1 to be eligible for an invitation to this event.
Receive Your Financial Aid Package
In early spring, you’ll receive a Financial Aid Award Letter, sometimes called a financial aid package. This will show you all of the scholarships, awards, grants, and loans available to you and give you the best idea of how much you will have to pay out-of-pocket. Don’t worry - our team is here to walk you through everything and answer all of your questions. We think you’ll be surprised at how affordable a Spring Arbor University education truly is!
Register for Classes
Your Admissions Rep and Student Success Advisor will help you register for classes in early spring. Still not sure what you want to study? Just let your Admissions Rep know and we will be happy to help you explore program options!
Attend New Student Orientation
New Student Orientation is held in mid to late June every year. This is a fun day where you will get to meet your roommate, see your actual dorm room, plan how you want to lay out and decorate your new space, and get all of your questions answered before you move in!
Begin Life at SAU!
The very last part of your Admissions journey is moving in during Welcome Weekend in August! Move-In Day includes a special Parting at the Plaza ceremony with your family, but that’s just the beginning of a weekend packed with fun and festivities before classes begin the following week.
