Biography
Doug Wilcoxson joined the administration at Spring Arbor University in April 2014
as executive vice president, where he provides vision and leadership to advancement,
SAU Radio and serves as president of the Spring Arbor University Foundation.
Prior to joining SAU, Doug served as vice president for student development at Asbury
University (Kentucky). His past work experience includes executive leadership at Union
University (Tennessee), LeTourneau University (Texas) and Greenville College (Illinois).
During his longstanding career within the advancement and student development offices,
Doug has collaborated with faculty to develop curriculum, taught courses, coordinated
cross cultural travel opportunities for students, provided vision for collegiate athletics
and mentored men and women as an athletic coach.
With a strong passion to see life transformation through Christian higher education,
Doug fuels his focus to recruit more students and raise more funds. His own college
experience transformed his life because of the faculty, coaches and staff who invested
in his life.

- Led by his strong history of organizing community outreach efforts in the communities where he works and lives, Doug has volunteered with many non-profit organizations including Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, Jackson Symphony Orchestra, prison ministries, homeless shelters, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
