Community Event Sponsorship Opportunities 2025-2026
We are so grateful for the opportunity to share with you the ways you can invest in events hosted on the main campus of Spring Arbor University for the Jackson community.
In addition to the sponsorship opportunities listed in this brochure, we host two annual fundraising events, An Evening at the Arbor and the SAU Open. Both events raise crucial resources for the Arbor Fund, investing in student experience enhancements and scholarships. We invite you to consider how you can participate in both events.
Leadership Speaker Series
Dates vary throughout the academic year
The Leadership Speaker Series engages students, faculty/staff, alumni, and the greater Jackson community through keynote presentations on a variety of relevant topics. Opportunities to sponsor a speaker event per semester, or two events for the academic year, are currently available.
Sponsorship levels provide funding for speaker honorariums, event catering, and marketing expenses. All events will take place on the campus of Spring Arbor University.

Women in Leadership Conference

This annual conference is planned and executed by a team of SAU volunteer student leaders and faculty advisors. Providing professional, personal, and spiritual development workshops, the conference is open to students, faculty/staff, alumni, and women from the greater Jackson community.
Sponsor levels provide funding for speaker honorariums, event catering, attendee gifts, and promotional expenses. The conference is hosted on the main campus of Spring Arbor University each spring.

Autumn at the Arbor

Every fall, we welcome our alumni and the Jackson community to our main campus during Autumn at the Arbor. Filled with guest speakers, reunions, fall festival, President’s tailgate, and more, Autumn at the Arbor is a fun event for the entire family. Hanging of the Greens
Dec. 5, 2025 | 7-10 PM
Celebrate the spirit of Christmas as you are immersed in the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes of Christmas. Enjoy Christmas music presented by the SAU Music. Dept., sing-along during the Candle Lighting Ceremony, gaze in wonder at the fireworks display, and celebrate the birth of our Savior at the Community Christmas Party with refreshments and activities for all ages.
Sponsor levels provide funding for the fireworks display, wagon rides, refreshments, children’s activities, and promotional expenses. The event begins at The Arbor Church followed by a processional to Spring Arbor University’s main campus.
