Lent Reflections: Tatum Haskins '27
Lent growing up held little meaning for me, largely because it held little meaning to my family, my friends, or my church. However, being on Spring Arbor’s campus has allowed me to see Lent in a new light. Lent on campus reminds me that I am surrounded by a community of believers, a community that shares faith in a Savior. A Savior who loves us so deeply that He came into this world wrapped in cloths and later chose to die for us, buried in those same cloths. Sharing the newfound joy and peace of the Lenten season with those around me has become something truly special.
