What our students say about the Social Work program

“My biggest takeaway from the social work program is how the professors invite their lives into the classroom. They will bring their families in, they will invite us into their house. It is just really cool the way they live out what they teach, and how much they care about us and how much they prepare for the social work life. They show us how to care about people, and how to see the strengths in people when it can be easy to see the negatives in people. We learn to see the humanity in people and the goodness they have.”
